Believe me, nearly every adult has gone through a break up at one time or another. And safe to say many have had the experience more than once. Most take the option to move on without trying to find ways to get back with their ex.

But if you are feeling the need for a little gold statue and are willing to put some work into getting your ex back, there are options for you too. Everyone deals with breakup, but it does not mean you cannot get back with your ex.

There is no reason that you cannot get back together. In fact, there is as much as a 90 percent chance of a reconciliation providing you know the steps needed to get your ex back.

The first step in learning how to deal with a break up is to try to figure out what caused the riff in the first place. You can't go back in time or change what happened, but you will be able to learn from the mistakes and grow from the experiences.

The cause for the split may be due to one reason or a combination of different things. But you need to pinpoint whatever triggered the breakup. Get specifics sorted out so that you can deal with it immediately. There is a good chance of getting your ex back and making your relationship work. You just need to figure out what went wrong in and then prevent it from happening again.

The next step is to make sure you do not appear relationship-challenged.(In lay terms that would be needy) Sure you may feel that you can not survive without your ex but just dont be obvious. Show your ex that you are handling this new situation without any problems.

Let your friends see you as strong and confident. Show them how to deal with a break up. Remember confidence can be very attractive and you will have a much better chance of getting back with your ex.

Trying to make your ex jealous or get back at them is no way to handle a break up. Actually these are certainly the worst ways to deal with the situation. This is not a side that you want to show at this time and by doing so it may cause your ex to simply move on and not have to deal with you-period.

Impress on your ex that you can deal with any problem life may have in store for you, large or small, good or bad. Isnt that what we look for in a partner, lover or spouse anyway. Let your ex see these virtues and they will feel inspired to get back together with you.

Now wasn't that easy enough? Good Luck.
